7 DAYS NORTHERN MALAWI
This tour leaves from Lilongwe. It covers some interesting places in Malawi's northern region from Nyika National Park, Vwaza Wildlife Reserve, Luwawa Forest Lodge and Lake Malawi.

ITINERARY
Day 1
Drive from Lilongwe to Luwawa Forest Lodge arriving in time for lunch, spend the afternoon mountain biking, forest trailing, visit the nearby village or just chill by the veranda of the lodge. Dinner served at the lodge.
Day 2
Leave for Vwaza wildlife reserve while stopping in Mzuzu and visiting one of the local markets. Lunch is en route, arrive in Vwaza in the afternoon and later go for a game drive. Come back and dinner is served at the Kazuni camp.
Day 3
Either go for game walk or short drive thereafter leave for Malawi's biggest national park, Nyika. Picnic lunch is en route and arrive at Chelinda in the afternoon. Later on a late afternoon game drive follows and dinner is served at the camp.
Day 4
Spend the whole day in Nyika national park with an optional game walk or drive in the morning. A game drive follows in the afternoon. Dinner and and overnight at Chelinda camp.
Day 5
After breakfast head on to Nkhata Bay by the beach. Lunch is en route and arrive in the afternoon just in time to jump in the crystal clear water lake. Dinner and lodge at Makuzi beach.
Day 6
Whole day spent at the beach. Activities on offer for a fee by local guides are kayaking, snorkelling, boat trips, horse riding at the nearby Kande stables, visit fishing villages or just chill by the beach. Dinner and lodge at Makuzi beach.
Day 7
Transfer back to Lilongwe stopping at Nkhota Kota pottery lodge.
